President hopeful, Peter Obi has joined the Labour Party (LP) after leaving the People's Democratic Party (PDP).
He said he left PDP due to issues that are at variance with his persona and principles, and had consulted widely with various parties and personalities before joining the labour party.
Obi thanked Nigerians, especially the youths who have joined him in the mission of taking back and reuniting Nigeria, stating that this project is Nigerians and for the future of the children, as he is just a facilitator.
He said he joined the LP because he considers it to be in line with the country's aspirations and his mantra of taking the country from consumption to production.
Obi invited all Nigerians to join him in taking back the country, assuring that they won't be let down.
