Nigerian army has commissioned two renovated blocks of seven classrooms at Command Day Secondary School (CDSS) Lafenwa Nyangoa Barracks, Abeokuta on Friday, May 7, 2022.
The project was commissioned by the Commander 35 Artillery Brigade (AB) Brigadier General IM Abdullahi, as part of his effort and determination to contribute meaningfully to the educational development in Ogun state.
He said that the project is aimed at providing a conducive ambiance for teachers and students of CDSS Lafenwa to enhance teaching and learning process.
Abdullahi commended the Brigade's Education Officer (BEO) Maj IK Mbaka, Soldiers and Teachers of CDSS Lafenwa for their commitment and sacrifices towards the mental and educational guidance to the children.
He therefore gave his assurances to support the BEO with all the necessary requirements to improve standards of the school and make it the best in the state.
