Oyo state Governor Seyi Makinde has inspected three projects in Ibadan, on May 7, 2022.
He visited the 37km Beere-Olorunsogo-Amuloko-Akanran-Dagbolu Road rehabilitation, the 21km Airport–Ajia–New Ife Express Road with a spur to Amuloko reconstruction and the 65m General Gas flyover projects.
Makinde said although the quality of work is fine, all three projects are running behind schedule.
He therefore directed the contractors to increase the pace of work so that the projects are delivered before the end of the year, adding that his administration will continue to improve on road infrastructure for easier access in the state.
