Operatives of Lagos state police command has arrested leader of Aro-Baga cult group, Emeka Igwe a.k.a Odogwu aged 28, who was previously at large.
Igwe was caught, following relentless follow-up investigation, with three locally made pistols recovered from him.
It could be recalled that RRS operatives had arrested three robbery suspects for the cult group on April 5, 2022, recovering a beretta pistol and four rounds of ammunition at Toyota bus-stop near Oshodi, Lagos.
The suspects were identified as Omuyibo Goddey a.k.a Aro Ghetto Boy aged 32, Destiny Nwanga a.k.a Aro Smiling God aged 27, and Ebuka Igwe a.k.a Aro Do or Die aged 23.
