Actress Mary Njoku has shared her thoughts on religious fanatics, who judge people in the name of Christ.
She took to her instagram, stating that majority of religious fanatics that she had met are a misrepresentation of what christ-like is and always mis-interpret the Bible to defend their shady decisions.
Mary however said those who live a christ-like life irrespective of their religion, are the real Christians.
She said, "I am wary of religious fanatics who judge people in the name of Christ and act like gatekeepers to heaven. Real Christians are good people. Living a 'christ-like' life.
"Unfortunately for me, majority of the religious fanatics I have met are very wicked yet they are in church 6 days a week. They hate children. They hate happy people. They devote their life to finding faults in every you do or say. Always mis-interpreting the Bible to defend their shady decisions. I avoid them.
"May God bless the people who live a christ-like life irrespective of their religion. They are the real Christians.
Mary further noted that one doesn't need to remind the world that they are born again, because it just shows.
"If you have to constantly remind the world that you are born again, then you must be hiding something and trying to distract people from seeing it.
"Good people don't have to say they are good people it just shows. They might make bad decisions sometimes. But they are good most times. Happy holiday," she said.
