Spanish international footballer, Sergio Busquets has entered the top 3 players with the most matches for Spanish club FC Barcelona.
He took to his instagram page to express how special it is, having surpassed legend Andres Iniesta.
Busquets said, "Yesterday's match was very special for me, I have reached 675 games with the FC Barcelona and entered the top 3 players with the most matches in the history of the best club in the world, surpassing my friend and partner Andres Iniesta whom I admire and I appreciate it so much.
"I never imagined getting to such an important figure that always remain for history but above all I stay with the journey that has taken me here, thanking all my teammates, staff, club staff, fans and above all my familia should have been by my side since the day 1.

Busquets enters the top 3, which is currently ranked beside Xavi Hernandez and Lionel Messi, who both sit ahead of him in appearance for the club.
He reached his 675 games with Barça, with a victory over rival Real Sociedad, helping his team in their top four bid to qualify for the Champions League.
