Following the train attack, Nigerian actor Alex Ekubo has cried out on the state of the country.
He took to his social media page, stating that the country seems to be taking one baby step forward, but ends up jumping 99 giant steps backwards.
According to him, We can’t seem to catch a break. It’s one week one trouble. We are just in an unending series of bad events. Someone said Nigeria is run by the evil step mum, I believe it! Because no mother would see her children 300 million of them in constant pain & agony.
Alex prayed on God's mercy on the people of Nigeria, pleading that He should put an end to the country's misery.
"Who ever we have offended dead or alive please have mercy, innocent kids are paying with their blood for what they know nothing about. My deepest condolences to the families that have lost someone in this senseless spineless act of cowardice," he said.
