The federal government has been working tirelessly at evacuating citizens from countries sharing borders with Ukraine since Russia invaded the country.
In recent light on March 12, the director of ministry of foreign affairs, Amb Bolaji Akinremi and officials of relevant MDAs received 301 Returnees from Hungary, aboard Azman Airline flight, which landed at Nnamdi Azikiwe Intl. Airport, Abuja.
The returnees will get $100 transport fare from FG, free SIM cards loaded with 5,000 naira airtime to enable them reach their family members courtesy of a partnership between NiDCOM and MTN, and other relief packages.
