Activist, Reno Omokri has advised against having children without having the money to cater for the child.
He said folks shouldn't have children and then look for money to cater for them, but should rather do the opposite.
According to Reno, look for money to cater for children and then have them. Even birds don't lay eggs and later build nests. They first build nests before laying eggs.
"Poverty is often, but not always, a matter of choice!" he added.
