Actress Tonto Dikeh has advised parents to normalize washing their infant child private part everytime they come back from school.
Giving reason to this, She stated that it gives the child the confidence to talk with them and open up on what's happening to them.
Tonto, while noting that raped children get threatened with death and more, said some schools are employing rapists, cultist, sex offenders and pedophile care givers and teachers.
