Rapper, Kanye West has celebrated his "Donda 2" album not being able to chart on Billboard since it's exclusive to stem player.
He took to his Instagram page, stating that it is a big win, and he would no longer be counted or judged.
Kanye said he is making his own system and setting his own value.
