After she has successfully seen her collaboration with Nicki Minaj out, American rapper Coi Leray has reminded her dad, Benzino, of her boundaries.
She took to her twitter page, in series of tweets, said that her dad has to realize that she is her own person, and a young black woman.
While noting that he has to understand his actions and how it can affect her and her brand, Leray said all the hate turned into love, which also turned into a feature with one of the building artist in the world (Nicki).
In her words,
My dad has to realize that I’m my own person. Not only am I am artist, but ima young black WOMEN FIRST and he has to understand his actions and what he does can possibly affect me overall as a brand. Most important part of it all is , all this is bringing me and him closer 🙏🆑💖
