Youths of Uromi in Ubiaja, Edo state, has secured the unsuccessful attempt by armed robbers, who attacked multiple banks, from making away with the money.
It was gathered that the youths had blocked Ubiaja road by the rail line, forcing the armed robbers to abandon their cash ladden vehicles at the rail line and fled with motorcycles.
The vehicles and cash which they made away with were recovered, and an arrest was made.
Also, the cash which was recovered amounted to 37 million naira..
