Actress Kate Henshaw has stated that expensive doesn't always equate quality.
She noted this while expressing her disbelief on a how a restaurant is charging $1000 per couple for dinner on Valentine's Day.
Kate noted that such amount is outrageous, adding that someone Nigerians feel that the more expensive something is, the better the quality.
