Actress Eucharia Anunobi has spoken against those who build houses in their villages but do not leave in them.
She stated such ideas and investment is not good if the person doesn't live there regularly but visit once or twice a year, and where they may not retire to.
Anunobi noted even if one eventually retire to it manageablity becomes a big problem.
She urged people to rather invest in building estates and provide affordable housing for humanity.
