The 5-month-old baby that was seized by his mother's boss has been reported dead.
Clintonsdaily had earlier reported that the 19-year-old mother claimed that her boss, Madam Tina, seized her baby because she couldn't pay back the hospital bill she helped her clear.
Photos of the baby, who looked starved and uncared for, was previously shared by human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu on his social media channel, reporting the incident.
The baby was later released to the mother, after the intervention of the Lagos state social welfare and the police.
Harrison shared that the baby later died despite their efforts.
