Journalist, Luciano has demanded justice for his friend who was allegedly assaulted by an uber driver, she ordered.
He narrated that the driver identified as Rufai Abarashi and his friend got into an argument, when the driver had decided to charge her a different amount instead of the price brought up because to him the amount was too small.
According to him, his friend had asked to cancel and he called her a prostitute. She asked him to cancel and he called her a prostitute. She insulted him back and he came out and punched her in the eye and went into the car and took an iron right beside his seat and hit her on the head. People who saw what happened held him down and called the police.

He said when his friend had complained on the Uber app, her account was deleted instead of addressed. When she got to the police station to give her statement, the driver has been released.
Luciano, further, stated that the driver had reported back to the station claiming that women should not talk back at men in Islam.

He said the victim is not strong enough to say anything until Monday, December 20, when she would be able to give her statement, petition and get a lawyer, that would sue uber for the pain and discomfort.
