Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has commissioned the phase 1 of the 744-unit housing estate under the LagosHOMS scheme.
The estate contains 248 one-bed, 248 two-bed and 248 three-bed Flat(s), located in Eti-Osa east local council development area (LCDA), and is a 62 blocks residential housing project.
Sanwo-Olu stated that the phase 2 of the LagosHOMS Sangotedo has already started, and it will add another 444-Units to the available houses under the scheme.
"Our administration understands that housing is a priority of every human being and we will continue to be an enabler for many Lagosians to own homes," he added.
