NCDC records 20 new COVID-19 cases


The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has disclosed that 20 new COVID-19 cases has been discovered in Nigeria, as at 14th November, 2021.

Giving a breakdown of the newly founded cases, NCDC revealed that Kaduna-9, Katsina-4, Lagos-4 and FCT-3.

The Centre reported that 46 discharged cases from Edo state and 1 discharge case from Enugu state were erroneously recorded. 

Also, NCDC stated that 273 discharge cases has been reported from FCT for November 13th, which had 3 discharge, and November 14th, which had 270 discharge. 

NCDC disclosed that backlog of 8 deaths were reported from Edo state, and were no cases reported from Delta, Edo and Sokoto states. 

This puts the total confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria at 213,147, with 205,732 total discharge and 2,968 deaths.
