Lagos state Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola has presented five vehicles to Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
Muri-Okunola, who was represented by the Permanent secretary, Public service office, Samson Ajibade, stated that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu approved the presentation of the vehicle, so as to enable efficient traffic management activities and service delivery across the State.
He said, Today's presentation will not only assist the Authority but strengthen the team in achieving the Greater Lagos dream, just as the operatives ensure smoother traffic monitoring and free flow of traffic on our roads.
The zones that were presented with the vehicles includes: Ibeju-Lekki, Zone 2 Ogudu/Toll Gate, Zone 8 Ikorodu, Zone 25 Iyana-Oworo and the headquarters.
Speaking, General manager, LASTMA, Bolaji Oreagba thanked the governor and the Head of Service for the gesture, and assured that the vehicles would used toward achieving the mandate of the Authority.
