Personal Assistant to President Buhari on digital and new media, Bashir Ahmad has announced the the federal government is not responsible for the recent crash of Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram.
He took to his Snapchat handle to make clarifications on the issue, adding that it is not only in Nigeria that the apps aren't working but in other parts of the world, LIB reports.
This crash has caused panic, confusion and frustration to the users, most especially those who do their business online.
