The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has issued a disclaimer on the facebook post by one, Theophilus Terson Ortese communicating the ICPC Toll-Free numbers stating the ICPC is monitoring the "Theobarth Grant Disbursement".
The Commission, in a statement by Spokesperson, Azuka C. Ogugua, stated that it is not in anyway partnering with, or monitoring the Theobarth Global Foundation Grant, noting that anybody dealing with them does so at his/her own risk.
ICPC urged the public to be aware of those who use the name and telephone numbers of ICPC as a cover for activities unknown to the commission.
