Edo state Governor Godwin Obaseki has announced that the state has entered agreement with Persianas Nigeria Limited for the development of Benin Mall project.
He noted that this development is coming after 12 years of failed attempts, adding that his administration is repositioning the state to attract investors by making sure its investment climate is friendly, attractive and supportive.
