Armed bandits has reportedly invaded Kaduna state, killing two people in separate attacks in Giwa local government area.
Samuel Aruwan, state commissioners, ministry of security and home affairs, disclosed that the bandits invaded a herder's settlement in Rugan Mati, and shot one, Shuaibu Mati to death.
In another attacks, bandits had invades Tudun Amada Wazata in Kadage, and killed one Samaila Mai Yankan Katako in his residence.
Governor Nasir El-rufai, receiving the report, expressed deep sadness and sent condolences to the victim's families, praying for the repose of their souls.
He also sympathised with communities across Igabi, Chikun, Giwa, Birnin Gwari and Sanga LGAs, in which several residents were reported to have lost their lives following attacks by bandits.
