The World Health Organization has announced that the new oxygen production plant in South Sudan is now functioning. The World body revealed that the plant is set up by health authorities with the support of the Organization and African Development Bank Group. WHO disclosed that oxygen production has officially began, with 60 oxygen cylinders filled on the first day, adding that the production would boost oxygen supply for COVID-19 patients.
