Delta state Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated Nigerian wrestler, Blessing Oborududu, for winning a silver medal in the ongoing Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The governor congratulated the Delta born star, stating that the state as well as entire Nigerians are proud of her great achievement.
