NCDC records 584 new cases of COVID-19

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has revealed that 584 new cases of COVID-19 has been discovered in Nigeria. 

Giving a breakdown of new cases by state, the Centre revealed that Lagos had 201 cases, Rivers had 149, FCT had 82, Ondo had 73, Ekiti had 17, Cross River had 13, Oyo had 11, Ogun had 9, Delta has 8, Osun had 8, Bayelsa had 4, Kaduna had 4, Kano had 2, Kwara had 2, and Sokoto had 1.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 183,087; with total discharge of 167,310 and 2,223 deaths.
