Nigerian army has neutralized attack from bandits in a valley popularly known as 'Maikwandaraso' in Igabi local government area, Kaduna state. This was confirmed in a statement signed by Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, stating that the four bandits were neutralised through air interdictions when the military engaged the bandits. The identity of the neutralised bandits includes: Alili Bandiro, Dayyabu Bala, Bala Nagwarjo and Sulele Bala. Also, several other bandits were killed during the attack. State Governor Nasir El-rufai expressed thanks to the military, commending troops and personnel involved in the successful strike. He encouraged them to sustain the tempo of operations towards a comprehensive sweep of all hideouts.
