Kwara state government has announced the newly recruited that the Board of State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) is currently working to resolve the issues on the none payment of salaries. This was disclosed by KWSUBEB press secretary, Atere Abiola Ameenat, stating that issues which the Board are currently working on are accounts details, PSN issues, incorrect verification numbers and late data capturing. He noted that affected teachers are 80 in number, adding that those who showed up for ratification of their issues will be paid today, Sunday August 15, while those who are yet to show up are advised to come forward to have have complaints addressed immediately. Ameenat stressed that the Board regrets the inconveniences the delay might have caused.
