Ikeja Electric Plc has unveiled it's newly updated mobile app, stating that the updated version has more unique features which make it's easier for customers to get their services. The new updated version is multi-functional and designed to allow customers make enquiries, check and pay bills, report or resolve complaints, promptly contact customer care representatives, and offers live chat and account management functions. IE disclosed that the mobile app is currently available for download on Google play store for Android users and IOS App Store for iPhone users.
