Delta state government has announced that the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP) would be commencing soon in the state. The programme is an initiative of the ministry of youth development that is designed to facilitate entrepreneurship development in students. The programme is modeled to train and set up eligible undergraduate students with entrepreneurial drive through access to a venture-capital arrangement. In addition, the program is set for youths with innovative and marketable ideas, with a passion for entrepreneurship.
