Governor of Delta state, H. E. Ifeanyi Okowa has announced that the state house of assembly and state judiciary are fully and finally autonomous. He disclosed this, saying that he has assented to 5 bills, which includes: Delta state univeesity (amendment) bill, Delta state printing and publishing corporation (amendment) bill, Delta state house of assembly fund management (financial autonomy) bill, and Delta stays judiciary fund management (financial autonomy) bill. The governor added that the state will continue to work collaboratively for the common interest of the people.
