Government of Ogun state has inaugurated all 20 elected local government chairman and 236 ward councillors into office. State Governor Dapo Abiodun charged the new office holders to provide verifiable results to people at the grassroots. He encouraged self sustenance through innovative and socially fair revenue sources at the local government level. He appreciated the people of Ogun state for voting massively in Saturday's elections, as organised by the State Independent Electoral Commission, OGSIEC, especially amidst COVID-19 restrictions, in line with the resolutions of the Southern Governors'Forum.
