In the fight against rising insecurity, Lagos state government is set to unveil a new set of security wares in a bid to fight insecurity and secure the lives and property in the state. This project is financed through the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), and was revealed by the Lagos Monitoring Team. Speaking during the inspection of the new patrol vehicles, LSSTF Executive secretary, Dr. Abdurrazaq Balogun stated that state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is aware of the security situation in the state and is ready to provide critical equipment that would enhance the operation of security agencies in the state. He said the plan of the government was to seriously secure the flanks as well as the inner city, especially by providing critical infrastructure to rev up the security architecture of the state. Balogun said that the LSSTF has keyed into the vision, and will continue to work hard in other to provide an enabling environment and infrastructure for people to go about their daily activities without any hindrance.
