Nigerian film director, Ugezu J Ugezu has openly declared his support for Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, as he faces trail today, Monday, July 26, 2021. Taking to his instagram, the film maker stated that the Igbo people are tired of the Lord Lugard left over and wish to create a country. He called out the Nigerian government for not being able to defend the people but are quick to come at those who try to defend them, adding that Nigeria is a country wallowing in unprecented nepotism, which is hating and hunting all opposition, and being ruled by a dictator. Ugezu J Ugezu wrote, "Hated and hunted for speaking the truth. That we are tired of the Lord Lugard left over and wish to create a country of equality of all before the law. "Happening in the same contraption where powers that be have not opened their mouths and called killer herdsmen, terrorists. "In a country where security structures clIm to be overwhelmed and unable to defend the people, but will always vehemently come at those who dare to defend themselves. "A country where quota system and federal character have both now been jettisoned in security appointments. A country wallowing in unprecedented nepotism. "That is the country hating and hunting all oppositions. A country now established to be under a dictator. #Justice4MaziNnamdiKanu."
