Today marks the special day for the Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu as he clocks 56 years of age. The governor made the announcement giving thanks to God, saying that birthdays are an opportunity for gratitude and to cherish life's special moment. Expressing thanks, he said "I am thankful for a year of growth, divine favour, good health and progress as I navigate my humble role as the Governor of Lagos." Governor Sanwo-Olu reassured his commitment to working with the citizens, saying, I am committed to working with the citizens and residents more actively, relying on community intelligence and active participation. We still have a long way to go but we are making significant progress. Also, he took to thank his family, party leaders, friends and residents of Lagos for all the support he had received in delivering his mandate to transform Lagos to a safer, healthier, smarter and more attractive place to live and work.
