Governor of Oyo state, H. E. Seyi Makinde has promised that people of Igangan that the attacks that happened on Sunday would never repeat itself. He said this during a visit to Igangan, and pleaded with the people not to take law into their hands but to rather support him as the state address this issue. Governor Makinde said that he visited the family of victims, promising to provide support in this time of grief.
