Governor of Yobe state, H. E. Mai Mala Buni has given scholarship to a young secondary school graduate, Musa Salisu, to pursue a degree programme in his dream field of study, architecture.
Musa, who hails from Gaidam local government area, graduated from GSTC Damagum. His scholarship came as a result of showcasing and demonstrating a prototype Government House complex that he personally designed using cardboard paper.
This led Governor Buni, who was impressed by his creativity and passion for architecture, asked the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali to direct the State Scholarships Board to do whatever it takes to secure admission for Musa.
