Ugandan politician, Bobi Wine has revealed that military and police personnels has again surrounded his residence.
He said that the reason for this development, is because Gen. Museveni is preparing to illegally swear himself in on Wednesday.
"The coward is fully aware that he's illegitimate, and that's why he's very scared of the people. Hang in there comrades. We shall overcome," he added.
