Osun state government has given no fewer than 880 vulnerable residents of Ila local government area of the state has received the stimulus package to mitigate the excruciating condition of the citizens due to the adverse effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
Presenting the stimulus package to the beneficiaries at the Ila-township hall, Orangun's palace square, Dr. Obawale said that the administration of Governor Oyetola would continue to champion the welfare and well-being of the citizens.
He assured the people, particularly the residents, of equity and fairplay stressing that the distribution would be made in accordance with the distribution rule to ensure that it gets to the targeted beneficiaries.
Also, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Ismail Omipidan said that the administration of Governor Oyetola is committed to ensuring to ensuring the sustainability of the scheme, which according to him, would go a long way to eradicate poverty, hunger and starvation in the society.
