Nigerian actress, Ini Edo has thanked organisers of the Eko summit awards, stating that it is an honour to be recognized by these power houses. She stated that it was a platform that gives women the chance to be celebrated and be known to be top players in their field. The actress said, "Thank you so much Aunty Mo @moabudu and Eko summit and the entire @ebonylifestudios for creating such a platform as this, where women in the industry are celebrated. For us and the next generation , women have taken their seats at the table. We rise by lifting others, thank you for lifting us." Ini Edo said that they really needed this, and thanked them for showing up on time and taking up the mantle.
