President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed how pleased he is to welcome DG World Trade Organisation (WTO) and her delegation. He said, "I was pleased to welcome @NOIweala and her delegation today, and to discuss how Nigeria can work with the World Trade Organization for the good of our economy and our people. It was also an opportunity to congratulate her again. I have no doubt she will represent us very well." PMB stated that the Nigerian public is pleased with her success, and she earned it based on her record of performance both at home and abroad. He said, "Apart from the support Nigeria gave to Dr. Okonjo-Iweala’s candidacy for Director-General of the World Trade Organization @wto, she also earned it.
