Lagos state police has arrested one Onuorah Obi a suspected serial rapist for raping a 25 years old lady, and recording her nude in video and picture with his phone.
He was arrested by police in Ago Okota.
The nude pictures and video of the victim has been recovered from the suspect's phone.
