Oyo state government has donated a new firetruck to support the workings and operations of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) in combating fire disasters and emergencies.
While presenting the truck to Mrs Ayenuro Tega, the Airport manager, State commissioner for works and transport, Prof. Dahud Shangodoyin reaffirmed the commitment of state Governor Seyi Makinde's administration to the safety of lives and properties in the state.
Speaking Mrs Tega appreciated the continual effort of the state government in engendering an improved operation o the federal agency, and ensured proper usage and maintenance of the new apparatus.
