Reno Omokri has criticized the national leader of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Tinubu on his donation of N50 million to victims of Katsina market fire.
He gave this reason because Bola allegedly didn't visit or donate any money to the victims of the Sasa market.
Reno said,
"Bola Tinubu, who didn’t visit or donate one kobo to victims of the Sasa market crisis, or to victims of the Ijesha market fire in Lagos, has today donated ₦50 million to victims of the Katsina market fire. Obviously, Tinubu’s charity does not begin at home."
Recall that, 10 people were killed, 70 sustained gunshot injuries and over 30 Northerners during the attack at Sasa Market traders in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo state.
It was reported by DAILY NIGERIAN, that a witness said, the crisis occurred when a Porter carrying a basket of tomato inadvertently nudged a Yoruba woman, in which the woman allegedly retailed and organized a group of Yoruba thugs to avenge.
It was gathered that after the fight, one of the thugs died in the hospital, which resulted in the Yoruba youths to attack the Northern traders.
