Kwara state government is constructing a state of the art - Visual Arts centre know Ilorin.
It stated that the development is the first of its kind in West Africa, to provide for a visual artists, film-makers and exceptionally talented youths to nurture and develop their skills.
The project when completed will attract investors and visitors to the state from within the country and the entire continent of Africa whilst enhancing the quality of social and cultural life of the citizens.
