Former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan has commissioned a medical facility in Owerri, built by the American initiative for Health and Wellness in Africa (AIHWA).
While speaking he commended Reverend Father Kenny Udumka and members of AIHWA for completing the multi-million naira project which is directed towards solving a key societal need.
