The federal government has approved the installation of Category Three Instrument Landing System at Mallam Aminu Kano airport, Port Harcourt airport and Katsina airport. This was disclosed by Managing Director of Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), saying that the Cat 3 ILS allows aircraft to land under zero weather visibility.
