Ugandan health ministry has confirmed that 18 new cases has been discovered from tests done on 21 March, 2021. The breakdown of the new cases are: 17 contacts and alerts: Mbale (2) Arua (3) Kampala (8) Jinja (1) Soroti (1) Wakiso (2), 1 Truck Driver from Elegu. The ministry revealed that the cumulative confirmed cases are 40,705 while total persons vaccinated against COVID-19 are 23,527.
