Cardi b blames government for under-development in third world countries

American rapper, Cardi b has stated that the reason why Third World countries and developing countries lacks group is because of the government and not the people. 

She said that the people are always willing to work and progress, but due to greed of the government the country remain the same. 

Also, Cardi b stressed though there are lot of evil in this world, the biggest of them all is GREED.
